Hatha Yoga Classes Greenwich London

Patrizia (Picci) Colla, a new, up-and-coming yoga instructor in West Greenwich believes that yoga is for EVERY BODY.
She says, "It's not important how flexible or physically strong you are, or if you're a complete beginner!"
All body types and ages are welcome to her beginner yoga class to experience a sensation of well-being within yourself.
Ms. Colla adds, "It's not about looking fancy or competing for who can do the most advanced pose, but finding your own way to a happier self and a healthier life. That is what I encourage you to do!"
From her website: "The Hatha Yoga class focuses mainly on your breath; breathing slowly and consciously allows you to reach the correct posture at a personal level, whilst the slow pace gives you more steadiness, more awareness of every movement and consequently less pain. Starting with a gentle body warm up, you will learn to go through the Sun Salutation, standing and lie-down positions. You will also play with some simple balancing and to be prepared and smile when you fall."
